EnnisCourt Skilled Nursing Care Center is a 50 bed, long-term care facility that is independently owned
and operated. It has been providing quality care for residents with special needs for over 20 years.
All beds are Medicare and Medicaid certified. Our daily rate includes nursing care/services, three
daily meals, snacks, and housekeeping/laundry service. Doctor's visits, medications, telephone
service, beauty salon services and cable television are billed separately.
We provide on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy, a restorative nursing program, intravenous
therapy, mobile x-ray and laboratory services. Podiatry, dentistry, psychiatric and nutritional
consulting services are also available.
Our newly renovated rooms are all semi-private with individual air conditioning units, personal
wardrobe, dresser, lamp and nightstand. Residents are welcome to bring their own favorite furniture
and accessories, to create a home-like environment. There is a sink and bathroom in each room,
however bathing is done in our bathing/spa center.
If a resident or family would like information or an application for the Medicaid program,
the administrator will assist them in this process.

Foods under the supervision of a registered, licensed
dietician. Our menus offer gourmet entrees, fresh
vegetables, a variety of seasonal salads, homemade
soups, assorted deli sandwiches with artisan spreads
on bakery fresh breads and favorite, traditional
casseroles. Therapeutic diets are available to
accommodate special dietary needs, including alternate
forms of nutritional support. |
